"After over 70 years of driving and only one accident claim, I now have my second. I had no clue about the claim process, since my last one was over 40 years ago. Ms. Aja and the team at Charles Cathey State Farm agency put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire claim, Repair, and payment process miss Aja, knowledge, and understanding about my lack of computer use got me to relax and get the job done.
